About Brian-Logan:
Professional:
Brian-Logan ("B-L") obtained his real estate license in December of 2001 and became affiliated with one of the island's largest firms, The Maury People. After about eight months, he left to join Country Village Real Estate and became a broker as quickly as possible.
Most recently, he just finished his role as the project manager for the deployment of his agency's sales and rental software, as well as launching a fully-redesigned website. The myriad complexities became apparent when trying to tie five different resort locations (i.e. Nantucket, Stowe, St. Barth's, Harbour Island and Lyford Cay) into one system, but it appears most have been worked out.
In real estate, he thrives on the many challenges that arise and believes his friendly professionalism, determination, thoroughness and integrity shine through his enthusiasm.
Personal:
Brian-Logan was born and raised in Connecticut and received his diploma from The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut then received his Bachelors of Arts from Middlebury College in Vermont, where he was a member of the two-time NCAA Championship lacrosse team in 2000 and 2001. In addition to sports, B-L ran a successful moving and storage company named Smooth Storage for three years, which was a phenomenal experience that opened his eyes to the business world.
Upon graduation, B-L moved to Nantucket full-time in 2001. During a brief stint with Nantucket Bank, he received his real estate license and also helped a friend start his own stonemasonry company which provided him with outstanding exposure to finances, advertising and marketing.
B-L's interests include (but are not limited to) real estate, technology, the Internet, economics and the financial markets, photography and ice hockey/lacrosse/football.
