About Us:
I've been consulting home buyers and refinancers for going on 6 years now (today 4/8/2008). In establishing what type of Loan Officer I wanted to be in the future, I decided that I wanted to work with clients that were more interested in the relationship they have with their mortgage guy rather than, "what's my rate". Don't get me wrong, I make sure my clients get the lowest rate...I just don't choose to work with clients who don't want to get to know me in addition to their rate. This type of business is called, By Referral Only. I establish lifelong relationships with my clients and they see value in the fact that they know they can compare my loan against what they see on the internet and trust that there won't be any surprises along the way. In the end, I plan to work with clients for the rest of there life, and the beginnings of their childrens' life. Areas of Expertise
My areas of expertise are the areas that my personality and ambition has driven. I have found a liking in the 1st time home buyers because they seem to recognize the need for someone they can trust. On the other hand, it has also been a natural niche for me to work with perfect credit buyers in the upper $300k to $600k value of homes. This seems to be another group of buyers that isn't too far from the touch of the working class that they can not appreciate the honest work and high level of integriry I keep w/in my services. Recently with the demise of the subprime lending world, I have found a niche in FHA loans. I have become fluent in Home Down Payment Assistance for clients that need 100% financing that can not find it, or simply want to save their cash for fixing up their home when they buy it. My goal would be to reach inside the $600k value home range a little more where the type of buyer needs someone they can depend on taking "the ball and running with it", so the buyer doesn't have to look back until they get to closing. This way, I can be the expert I've trained to be and work with the clients who need me the most.

Brad Lynch and I met a couple of years ago, I have known Brad's father for 13 years through work, Tony Lynch handles and supplies products to the company I work for. Through the years we have had a great relationship and Tony invited me to go on a fishing trip with he and his son, he thought it would be a great time and being that brad and I were the same age and had similar values, that we would all have a great time together. Not long after the great fishing trip, my wife and I decided to refinance our house, my wife had been talking to a patient of hers that owned a mortgage company in the area, I talked to him but was a little uneasy and remembered Brad was in the mortgage business, best thing I have ever remembered. Knowing how great Tony was if Brad was half that, he would be great. To shorten this up as soon as my wife met Brad she said we should use him for our loan, the process was by far the easiest loan I have ever done, the interest rate was around a point lower than the other company. Sense then we have refinanced our rent house and purchased another house with with my in laws and Brad did the loan on it of coarse. Brad and I have become great friends and I tell everyone about him and how he conducts business, when it comes to the mortgage business I believe Brad even surpasses his father with his work ethics and integrity, and those are very large shoes to fill.
