Prior to purchasing my current home, I'd never worked with a realtor. Being new to TN and unfamiliar with the laws and practices related to home-buying , I really felt the need to have someone knowledgeable & experienced to help me through the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Brenda. I had a list of very specific things I was looking for and a set budget that I wanted to work with. In addition to that, my work situation was such that at times through-out the process, I was spending in excess of 50% of my time out-of-town. Brenda laid out the process and the cost(s) associated with each step for me, so there were no surprises along the way. She was extremely patient and flexible in working with me and my schedule. Everything went so smoothly that the actual purchase day was almost anti-climatic - until I got to go start moving in of course!
