Brandi helped us purchase a home in Conyers recently, when we relocated here from Nevada. A large cross-country move like that can be very stressful, but Brandi helped take the edge off very successfully. She was there every step of the way, not only finding homes, but sending us lots of information via email and postal mail so that we would be comfortable in our new community as well as our new home.
Any questions we had were immediately answered. If Brandi didn't know the answer, she got it quickly and notified us. We always felt that we were in good hands and being taken care of. Brandi's extensive knowledge of homes also proved very beneficial as she taught us a lot along the way.
We came to Georgia on a house-hunting trip and had less than a week to decide on which home we would like to purchase (after a few months of looking at online options). We just weren't completely happy with what we were finding and Brandi was in tune with that. After a couple of days of looking at the homes that we thought we wanted to see, she did a search with different options than we had originally been looking at. When we met the next morning, she was very excited to show us what she had come up with. She had thought out-side of the box and found our dream home for us! We are so pleased with our new home and feel like we got exactly what we were looking for.
Brandi's help didn't stop once the paperwork was signed, however. She continued to call to make sure everything was going ok. She helped us get all of our utilities set up (even visiting the water department when they weren't being helpful). She helped us find respected local service providers to meet our needs (pest control, lawn treatment, etc). She even has a team of service providers that she works closely with and trusts that are willing to help out at a moment's notice. We felt like all of our needs had been met.
