Working with sellers, I do my best to price their home to sell.  I won't take on a home I know I can't sell, just to have a listing.  My job is to find my seller a buyer for their home and pricing is of the utmost importance in getting the house seen.  I do all I can do to give the house a high profile and strive to get it seen.

Dear Bob,

It has been 11 months since we moved into our new home. We inted to write this letter to you last June, but between moving from one place to another, personal problems we put this off until now.

Dave and I were in the Navy for more than 30 years which required us to move every 2 or 3 years which put us in a position to constantly buy and sell homes.  Many times these events are not happy or joyful and can place a strain on the Buyer, Seller, Real Estate Agent, Financial Institution and Family.  So all the parties can be happy with the results, but this doesn not always happen.  But, in buying this house, You, Bob, as our Agent, provided several showings with information about homes that had been on the market for at least 23 months.  With all the information and showings provided, we were able to come to a decision.

The house we picked, was advertised, but we couldn't get anyone to show it.  We had been by several times to see if someone was home.  We went to your agency and asked about showing us a house and you were available, and that began our relationship.  Since we had been out of the house-hunting business for sime time, we relied on you for information and guidance.  Once we seleced a house, you profided a financial institution where a well informed financial agent was available and no pressure for information.  The process went smooth all the way to the closing.  I don't care for "Closings", as something always goes wrong, but this one was very smooth - in and out in 30 minutes.
