Bob, I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of your hard work, diligence and professionalism. I know that you went above and beyond to make this sale happen. Given that I am located overseas, this sale was even more challenging. Although the buyer and his agent were not as responsive and cooperative as they perhaps could have been, you handled the matter in a firm, honest and professional manner resulting in the best outcome for all involved. The little things like taking care of the water heater, getting the HOA documents and arranging for the lawn to be taken care of are indicative of your helpfulness, dedication and attention to detail.
