I have lived in the Katy and Sugarland area for over 9 years. I know this area very well and would be more than happy to show the area to you. We moved to the Katy area approximately 8 years ago mainly based on our evaluation of the school system. Unlike many realtors who advertise expertsie in this rea but live 20-30 miles away we live in the area.I have two sons currently attending schools in the district.
