About Us:
I have been a SW Florida realtor for 3 years. I retired from government service in 2003 with a healthy pension. Why do I say this? It is to let you know that I don't need this job to pay the bills. I do it because I love working with people. This also allows me to be up front with my customers and to let sellers know that they don't have to worry about being fed any BS just to get their listing. Buyers don't have to worry about taking up my time if they want to see more than a couple of houses. I work with Gulfstream Development, a high quality new home builder in Southwest Florida. We have multiple floor plans available and they will build on your lot.
I have access to the Sarasota, Englewood and North Port/Port Charlotte multiple listing services (MLS). These multiple listing services cover Sarasota and Port Charlotte counties. The SW Florida areas that I use these services for are Venice, Englewood, Rotonda West, North Port and Port Charlotte. I email my customers MLS web links which display all available properties meeting their search criteria. Along with my real estate license I am a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida. I work with Community Lenders of Florida, Inc., based out of Sarasota, FL. This gives me the opportunity to offer multiple services to prospective buyers. We handle the hard to do credit applications which allow people with bad or no credit to get a loan and also help them repair their credit history.
I carry the "E" Certified designation which means that I have had additional training and experience using the web and computer based products for real estate related activities.
