About Us:

I work with my wife Pat for Frank Howard Allen, the largest brokerage firm in Marin County. We work together, but each one of us has our specialty. Pat does most of our residential listing work; I do residential income and commercial property, as well as some residential listing. We both work with residential buyers.

 This is our third year in the business. Last year, we were ranked 30th in Marin County for overall sales volume.

Two important differences are keys to our success. First, our backgrounds are in advertising and marketing, primarily for large, national firms on large businesses, like Microsoft, Levi Strauss, and Coors. That marketing expertise helps us market properties in new and innovative ways, with outstanding results.

Second, we're used to working at the highest levels in large companies, including Presidents and CEO's. The level of service we provide, honed by working with some of the most demanding people in business, is unparalleled. 

Areas of Expertise

We list and sell homes in Marin County, one of the most competitive markets in the country. Our primary areas of business are from Novato south to Sausalito.

 We also list, sell, and help buyers of residential income property. This includes everything from simple duplexes, to large apartment buildings up to $6,000,000.

 We worked together in our prior life as a copywriter and marketing person, and bring those backgrounds to real estate. So while we have new, highly creative ideas for selling homes, we combine that with disciplined financial analysis for pricing, evaluation of income potential, etc.

Between us, we typically see 20 to 30 properties a week. We communicate well, and are able to cover more ground quickly for buyers, as we can both be out previewing property in different parts of the county at the same time. Our negotiating skills have allowed us to prevail in many multiple offer situations; in slacker markets, it also has helped many clients buy well below list price.
