The home we sold was worth just under a million dollars and we relied heavily upon their knowledge of a volatile real estate market to help us price our home correctly. With their guidance, we were able to get an excellent value for our home and yet still sell it in a reasonable amount of time. Bob and Kim were superb in their marketing techniques and very professional in their handling of the MLS information which is so very important when trying to sell a home.
