My name is Bob Santucci. I am a life long, third generation Sonoma County resident. I am a Realtor with Century 21 NorthBay Alliance. I specialize in Northern Sonoma County real estate. Being a Sonoma County native I have great knowledge of most of Sonoma County and a network of friends throughout. No one knows Sonoma County like I do. I have lived in Sonoma County for over 40 years. I know what a special place we live in. I am proud to be a member of The North County Council of Realtors. We meet once a week to review the latest rules and regulation changes, Share market information and approve motions from the floor regarding the charities we support as well as make decisions regarding our local scholarship recipients.
In my personal life I am a member of the local Healdsburg Kiwanis Club. Our mission is to support the youth of our community. I have been on the board of directors there for the past year and I am proud of the work we do.
My expertise comes from a wide variety of life experiences. After my primary education I went directly into an intense culinary training program. I love to cook and I knew that the management skills that I would learn there would serve me a lifetime. I also developed friendships that are at the heart of my core values. I was a top ranked Chef for fifteen years. This was prior to our current arena of celebrity Chefs. It was hard work with long hours that seemed easy since I worked on a dairy prior to that. I finished that career working on the road as a Chef to the stars. My clientele was Tony Richardson, Tommy Lee Jones, Jessica Lange (best actress during my time with her, Powers Booth to name a few.
I grew tired of the travel and it was time to settle down. I got married, bought our first house, a real fixer upper and entered into the construction trades. My Mom likes to fix up houses so it was a natural. It was during those years that I decided to become a Realtor. It took many years for me to reach my dream but I have.
I am dedicated to my clients and aspire to the golden rule, "TREAT OTHERS AS I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED MYSELF". I truly enjoy helping people find homes and ranches. Networking and sharing information is fun and creates a positive business environment.

I specialize in Northern Sonoma County Real Estate. I enjoy the network of friends and business professionals that I have in most Sonoma County towns. I believe that I have the most advanced marketing tools for real estate in Northern Sonoma County.
I manage a network of real estate websites that get the homes I that sell in front of more buyers quicker than most Realtors. Last Friday I built a website for a home in the Healdsburg Adult Community. The neighbor was on vacation in Rome and saw it on the internet in Rome on Sunday morning. He called me that Sunday morning and made an appointment to see the property when he returned. We are writting an offer this afternoon just seven days later.
I have earned the recognition of Senior Real Estate Specialist from the National Association of Realtors. I worked hard to get this. I have worked in and learned about the adult communities in northern Sonoma County. This training has helped me provide great service to the special needs of our senior community.
I have been certified as a Country Property Specialist. This includes ranches, vineyards and horse properties. There are a lot of details that need to be addressed if selling or purchasing these types of properties. Rules and regulations on these types of properties are constantly being updated and knowledge of these changes are crucial to a smooth transaction.
In 2008 I also took a lot of classes related to vineyard management, soils and raw land management. I am already familiar with this sector of the industry but we can always learn more
One area that I have found a good niche in is clearing permits through the labyrinth of of the permit and resource development department. It takes a lot of patience and tenacity. I have found that they are quite helpful if you know the right questions to ask. If you do not know then good luck!
