Bob Sorey is not your typical Realtor. He prides himself on being different from other Realtors. Tennessee requires 16 hours of continuing education every other year. Bob believes in being a Life Long Learner. He has earned many real estate designations to help serve his clients. From first earning his license, he continued to pursue the "Letters" to attach behind his name. This is because Bob wears many hats. As Principal Broker of Best Real Estate Advisors, he is responsible to the State of Tennessee for the actions of the other licensed agents that work under his broker's license. He is also the leader of The Bob Sorey Team. Several of the Team Members purchased homes from Bob before deciding to work with Bob practicing real estate as their profession. Bob provides Service, Service, Service in addition to the typical Location, Location, Location of other agents. CCIM = Certified Commercial Investment Manager. This designation is considered the PhD of Real Estate. The process of earning this honor includes over 160 hours of continuing education and producing a portfolio of experience to include no fewer than ten completed commercial transactions totaling at-least five million dollars of commercial sales. CCIM Designees total fewer than 9000 in the world. CRS = Certified Residential Specialist. In addition to closing over 75 residential transactions, Bob completed four specialized courses including Wealth Building, Fundamentals of Technology, Sales and Listings. ABR = Accredited Buyer's Representative. This class prepares the Realtor to properly prepare to provide the following to their clients - Care, Obedience, Accountability, Loyalty as well as Disclosure. ABRM = Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager. As Principal Broker, Bob is the manager of the Mt Juliet office of Cumberland Real Estate & Auction. Completing this designation helps Bob teach Realtors how to protect the Buyer's interest. GRI = Graduate of the Realtor's Institute. e-PRO = Certified Internet Professional. SRES = Senior Real Estate Specialist.
