Welcome to "Wayne's World"
Hello. Being a professional Realtor consultant full time for over 18 years has been the greatest adventure of my life. I was raised in Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland and always appreciated the beautiful topography and exceptional communities surrounding the Nation's Capital. I decided to attend my first two years of college in Boca Raton at what is now Lynn University. I came to love the climate (of course) and the culturally diverse lifestyles that are South Florida.
My final two years of University were spent back in Virginia at Radford University. There I completed my Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and also obtained my Real Estate license in Virginia. Instead of practicing Real Estate in Virginia, I moved back to sunny Boca Raton in 1980, got my license here and practiced part time Real Estate and full time Landscape Design. The benefits of my first chosen career have carried into my Real Estate career very well pertaining to issues of curb appeal and redesign for many of the listings I sell.
For the past 18 years, I have sold properties statewide. I know the Fort Lauderdale area very well and have sold numerous condominiums and multi-family buildings beachside. Boca Raton and Delray Beach are my favorite South Florida locales to service, as they are my home, and getting to know my neighbors and clients are my passion.
Areas of Expertise
Being a boater all of my life, first on the Chesapeake Bay, then here in South Florida has exposed me to the numerous waterfront homes and communities we have to offer. I know the ins and outs of selling a waterfront property or finding that perfect spot for a buyer on the water. Issues like Seawalls, Bridge Heights, Home Owners Associations that some of my listings are in, are all part of what I deal with.
One of my passions is dealing with first time home buyers. I feel that I can truly relate to the needs of this sector of the Real Estate buying public. I have a 24 year old daughter who is approaching that same marketplace. Many of her friends have employed my services to find their first home on their own. The satisfaction of finding just the right place for first time home buyers is a great feeling.
One thing about living in South Florida for most of my life, I have what I call my built-in GPS. I know practially every street in every community from Fort Lauderdale to Delray Beach. Just ask me.
