A Little About "The Home Team"...
My wife Wendy and I are "The Home Team" in the Lehigh Valley area. I have been a full time professional Realtor since 1998 and in sales for over 20 years. Wendy began her real estate career in January 2004. Since that time we have been the #1 New Homes sales agents for 3 consecutive years and #5 in the company for 3 consecutive years. Gene has won numerous awards including Rookie Of The Year, International Sterling Society and International Diamond Society...and could not have acheived those goals without the support and assistance of my business and life partner Wendy. Wendy is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors. Gene is a member of those associations as well and in addition is a member of the Pocono Mountain Board of Realtors. We are both actively assisting buyers and sellers of homes acheive their dreams from the southern tip of the Lehigh Valley to the northern tip of the Poconos. After 8 years of representing the Lehigh Valley's largest builder we will use our knowledge and expertise to guide you through the building process and assure that you get the most home and features for your investment. We are able to help you avoid the common pitfalls and thus make the building process a pleasurable memory...not the horror story you so often hear about. Gene sat on the builder's side of the table for 8 years which gives him a unique and educated perspective to help you now on the buyer's side.
Wendy and I continue to educate ourselves and stay abreast of the various ways first time buyers can attain the financing they need to realize their dream of home ownership. Gene is a Veteran of 6 years of honorable service in the U.S. Navy and an additional 2 years of Army National Guard service.
