Education and History
My name is Kim Boekholder and I now call Utah my home. I was born and raised in Washington State and moved to Utah in 2002. I have a Bachelors' degree in Information Systems Management from Central Washington University.
Some of my past jobs include working as a night supervisor at the age of 16, running the ticket department for Ticketmaster, working sales at G.I.Joe's, working in the Systems Department of a hospital and also working as an Executive Secretary for a large export company on the West coast. I have also worked in export shipping, ran my own daycare and now I am an Associate Broker selling Real Estate.
As you can see I have had a variety of jobs. All of my past jobs have presented different obstacles to overcome along with unique challenges to conquer. Because of these experiences, I feel my job as a real estate consultant is a great fit.
I have been working in Real Estate as a licensed agent since March of 2004. I received my Brokers license in the spring of 2008. I have certification in Short Sales, Relocation, Fine Homes and Estates, Home Staging Expert, Epro, Fundamentals of Commercial Brokerage, Financing, and Pre-foreclosure.
I have moved many, many times throughout my life and know how hard and challenging it can be at times. I feel all my experience as an agent/broker and also as a person who has moved a lot helps me be the best agent possible.
My family consists of my husband, two children and two dogs. My hobbies include spending time with my family, spending time at the beach, reading, skiing and staying active. I belong to a number of different committees and clubs including the local chamber of commerce. I would love the chance to meet with you and hear all about you and your real estate goals.
