I have a broad knowledge of the housing market in central Nassau County. I manage a team of Real Estate professionals whose sole purpose is to agressively market properties for our seller clients and work deligently with our buyer customers. These properties include single and multi family dwellings, cooperative apartments, condo units and newly constructed homes. Once we find a qualified buyer for our listed properties or find the perfect property for our buyer customers, we manage the entire process for them from negotiating, presenting and accepting offers to bringing these transactions to successful conclusions at the closing table.
