The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

CRS
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS^® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 5 percent of all REALTORS^® hold the CRS Designation.

GRI
Only available to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS^® the GRI designation is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. Considered the nation's number one real estate designation, GRI, which stands for Graduate REALTOR^® Institute, is granted through the California Association of REALTORS^® after having successfully completed a rigorous educational program from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise.

e-PRO
Sponsored by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS^® the e-PRO Certification Course is specifically designed to help real estate professionals thrive in the competitive world of online real estate. e-PRO Certification is not only about technology. RECS
Membership in the Real Estate CyberSpace Society provides the opportunity to earn the RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist) Designation. The Society has been awarding the RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist) designation since September 1997. The RECS designation demonstrates proficiency in serving the public with recognized skills for utilizing CyberSpace marketing programs and for effectively adopting special technology and networking systems.

My son found TeamCox on the internet.  I had been thinking about relocating from the U.K. for some time.  I wanted to buy a home in Colorado to be nearer to my family.  How extremely fortunate we were to find Bonnie, who was so helpful and dedicated to our needs. During my week-long visit to Colorado to search for a house, Bonnie drove me extensively from one end of Denver to another to find my ideal home.  With Bonnie's enormous help and hard work, I eventually found my house in Piney Creek. I must say that Bonnie definitely sets the bar for Realtors.  Without her knowledge, unending patience, tenacity, professionalism and energy, I would never have made such a painless move across the pond!!

My husband is in the Air Force and received orders to Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.  As soon as we found out about the orders, we went on-line and started looking at real estate in the Denver area.  We came across the Team Cox website and looked no further.  From the moment we registered with the website, we knew that these were the Realtors we wanted to work with for relocating to Denver.  Even though the actual move was months away, Bonnie continuously kept in contact with us via e-mails and phone calls.  The daily updates that were provided to us really helped us decide on the area where we wanted to live and what exactly we wanted in the house.  Our house-hunting trip to Denver was “last minute;” but never the less, Bonnie and Jim were readily available to help us for the 4 days that we were going to be in Denver.  Upon meeting with Bonnie and Jim, we immediately knew that they were true real estate professionals.  Through correspondence for the months prior to the trip, Bonnie was well aware of what we were looking for and had already searched the MLS and made appointments for us to see houses that fit our price range and our requirements.  Bonnie and Jim were very knowledgeable of the area, the schools, and the housing market.  They were thoroughly organized and made looking at numerous houses in a short amount of time rather easy.  Their expertise, professionalism and knowledge made what could have been a hectic, stressful trip a much more enjoyable one, where we really had an opportunity to think through the major decision of purchasing a home.  Bonnie really worked for us and in our best interest, and by the 2^nd day of our trip, we had already put in a contract and it was accepted.  Before we left Denver, we had the house inspected and all of the paperwork completed and just had to wait for closing the following month.  Even after closing, Bonnie and Jim were there for us if we needed anything and followed-up with us to make sure the move went well and things were ok with the house.  Bonnie and Jim definitely go above and beyond as Realtors.  Without hesitation, they will be the first Realtors we recommend to friends and/or family and the first Realtors that we will contact in any real estate matter.

What can we say about “Team Cox?”  Bonnie and Jim Cox are not only savvy business partners; they are dedicated, caring individuals.  We turned to Bonnie and Jim after our home had been on the market for over a year and a half.
