Bonnie Adamson joined the ranks of professional realtors eight years ago. After a lengthy career in insurance and financial services Bonnie decided to follow her heart and long held desire to work in real estate   Working through the boom times and now in what is being called the biggest crisis in real estate since the great depression she has persisted to become known among her clients and colleagues as one with staying power. She is established with some well known banks as an REO agent and a short sale specialist, working with distressed home owners looking for ways to save their home, or save their credit. She has set about to become known as your friendly neighborhood Realtor.

Pricing homes is my specialty. I do research for my clients to know the market and what my clients are up against whether they are buying or selling. I have had specialized training in MLS research and I do an in depth analysis before I make a recommendation. After that I roll up my sleeves and help my sellers put their best foot forward in the market place. I share all my secrets for marketing, advertising and staging. I make it a point to tell the truth even when it hurts.  For buyers I will review as many homes as necessary before they set foot in one, to save them time and money when we go shopping.
