Being a BARGAIN hunter from birth...I felt it was great to help my investors and my first time home buyers to find the bargain of a century!!! Many people want a GREAT low price on their new purchase..but are shy about asking to offer less on the home. I love to haggle, bargain, scrap for a low price. I feel like it's my house I'm buying...so I take it personal. Hey--if we can get a home reduced by $5,000--you'll save alot on your monthly payment! And hopefully, when you go to buy another home....you'll call your BARGAIN HUNTING REALTOR!!!

Overcoming a personal challenge..
About 6.5 years ago, I almost had to quit real estate....I was experiencing some health challenges that were pretty excruciating...Knee pain to the point where I seriously thought I would need my knee replaced! My doc said I was too young for this and he gave me a script for Celebrex. I took it for a month...and put on weight...(guess what? one of the side effects was weight gain!) ugh! so, I went off that! My sister said...why don't you try "Tahitian Noni Juice?" I was open to try anything if it would stop the pain! I did!! After 10 days, I actually slept thru an entire nite without pain!
