About Us:

Bosshardt Realty is the largest real estate sales firm in Gainesville currently accounting for one in every five closings. 21 years ago we started with 6 agents and the notion that we should treat every deal as if it were our own personal deal. That philosophy holds true to this day, and you will find that near half of our property managment clients are clients have been with us for more then 10 years.  We actively encourage our 120 agents to carrying on this philosophy and be the best trained and educated agents our customers can find. That is exactly why a buyer or seller shouldnt want to work with me. I can recommend to a buyer or seller which agent in my office will best suit their needs. Most agents are specialists. Areas of Expertise

I have been in real estate all my life. I help run both the brokerage company (BRSI) where we put buyers and sellers together our Pand roperty management division (BPMI) where we help landlords manage and protect their assets. I am a Member of CRB and currently a CPM candidate with IREM. In 2008 I appeared on an expert panel at the Florida Association of Property Managers conference in Pensacola Florida. I also hold an active Community Association Managers license. Our Cam division presently manages over 60 homeowner and condominium associations in Gainesville and Ocala. I feel we bring a unique aspect of customer service to association management that has not been prevalent in the industry. My goal is to create an environment that empowers my agents, managers and staff to provide unparalleled success stories in real estate with the end foal of creating loyal customers for life.
