Ralph Stewart Bowden, Inc. has been providing consulting services at a level of principal involvement that is atypical of larger, more institutiionalized firms since 1987. The company specializes in providing preliminary and ongoing strategic planning services to large- and small-scale master planned, recreational and resort oriented developments typically representing an integral member of the development team.  By complementing the talents represented by the development team, RSB provides specialized insights into capital-intensive, market-sensitive areas of project development and offers decision-oriented perspectives with regard to market entry opportunities and potential difficulties in the post-planning period.  Bowden is a long-standing member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Bowden's Market Barometer has it's roots in the consulting practice and has been in publication since 1991 focusing on current trends gleaned from hands-on research and analysis. Not merely a reporting vehicle, the Market Barometer takes great pride in avoiding the main-stream media manta, "bad news sells" focusing solely on good news and positive trends that serve the industry.
