Just wanted to drop you a note regarding my decision to join the Keller Williams Rockwall team.
When I was looking to move my license, I interviewed at a couple of ther agencies before I visited with you and was leaning strongly at joining another agency. However, I decided to pay you a visit as well as get council from two of your agents with whom I had previously been associated. I could not believe the passion that you expressed about Keller Williams and specifically the Rockwall Market Center location. After our visit, it was evident to me that my only decision was to join your office.
I have now been with you for something over two months and have not been disappointed with my decision at all. It is very refreshing to be associated with a group that is very professional in their approach to our business as well as the remarkable support that the agents receive from Keller Williams and your office.

When I first received Amber’s “Education Calendar” emails, I was intrigued and impressed, but truthfully, a little skeptical. I’d never seen a broker extend an invitation for so many great classes, especially if you were not a KW associate. Now that I am a KW associate I realize that this gesture was, and is, a perfect example of what KW is all about – a culture that gives, supports and embraces every agent to be the best they can be. I have been a realtor for a little over a year and have been with Keller Williams Rockwall the entire time. My team leader, Amber Boyd, has been supportive and a great source of information from the beginning. She would always tell me to call her or come see her if I had any questions or problems and she made sure that I had what I needed as a new agent. Beacuse of her support and knowledge of the real estate business, I have learned so much in such a short time. I can honestly say that Amber is not just my team leader, she is my friend . Recently, one of my family members passed away and left 3 young children. I took in 2 of those children into my home, in addition to my own 2 children. When Amber heard that I was raising four children on my own, she regularly emailed me and called me to find out how I was coping and If my family was in need of anything. She was truly concerned and encouraged other realtors in my office to come together and help her put together a fundraiser to provide much needed assistance to the new members of my family. She even got her own family involved. Amber constantly encouraged me and prayed for us and without her support, I don't think I would have made it through such a trying time. Amber and The Keller Williams Rockwall office are not just coworkers, they are my family.

Our office is fairly new and we have had and will continue to have mountains to climb together. One thing goes without saying though: Our Office Manager will lead us to the tops of those mountains.
