I am a local mortgage broker in Acworth,GA working for Covenant Mortgage.

What separates myself from other loan officers is simply CUSTOMER SERVICE and attention to detail. I know that these seem pretty simple and obvious. Even in a market where every detail is crucial it amazes me the lack of detail and lack of service that is prevalent. If possible I like to meet with every client face to face to discuss their goals and options.

Every client is as important as the next not only to me but also to my success. Even after the loan is closed my job doesn't stop there. When I begin the process I enter into the relationship as the last loan officer you will ever need for your mortgage needs. I often ask my clients if they have a regular hair dresser or a mechanic or a dry cleaner? What I find is that most of my clients have a regular in a particular field that they use because they feel comfortable using them, they provide them with a great service at a fair price, and they trust them. Why shouldn't they feel that same way about me and my services?

I specialize in 1st time home buyers and 1st time home buyer seminars. I also specialize in co-marketing with local realtors as well as providing them with techniques how to move inventory for their clients and provide options to their clients to maximize their profits.
