About Wendy:

Wendy has been an Idaho resident since her parents moved her to the great state when she was about a year old. She grew up in Council, where she married her high school sweetheart, Steve, over 30 years ago, and together they raised 3 beautiful children there.  They have built strong ties in the beautiful Council valley. 

About 10 years ago, when she and Steve bought a small home in Weiser, Idaho, she realized she had a great passion for real estate.  They remodeled the Weiser home and sold it.  After that venture, they built and sold a house in Payette, Idaho.  Since then they've had a number of other construction projects.  The more they were involved with real estate and construction the more she knew she wanted to acquire her own license to sell real estate.  In 2005 that mission was accomplished and she has loved it and learned more about it every day since!!

Areas of Expertise

Wendy comes to you with experience in construction as well as real estate.  Having built homes from the ground up gives her an edge.  She watches for warning signs and red flags and will share that information with her clients. She is honest, hard working and genuine and is looking for clients with the same qualities.

Continuing education is important to Wendy, she is always learning, educating herself and attending training sessions. It is imperative that she is the best she can be for each and every client she serves.
