About me

I am a FULL TIME REALTOR and a member of the GREATER BOSTON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. This assures buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords that I will work with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Experience, a strong work ethic, and the knowledgeable support network of my office team ensure that I can help you with all of your real estate needs.  Real estate in Massachusetts is my full time job and I take it very seriously.
   In the past I have worked in various building trades such as concrete foundation and floor construction, framing, sheetrock, ceramic tile installation, septic system installation, insulation, roofing and brick/stone masonry. This extensive and diverse construction experience that I have acquired over the years provides my clients with a resource that is very helpful to both sellers and buyers.

When looking for a home, I found it so convenient to be on Brad Pratt's web-service. Everyday I received an email updating me to the recent homes for sale in the area's where I was looking for a home, and in the price range that I had in mind. Once I had decided on some properties I wanted to look at, I would simply email Brad the property listings and the day and time that was convenient for me to look, and within a short time, I would get a call back saying we were all set. When looking at properties, Brad would always arrive early at the meeting place, and when looking at properties, I never felt rushed, and always felt I received an honest assessment of the property.
