Charlie has been a real estate professional for almost 20 years. He has been an office manager and a designated broker. He has extensive training in negotiating that helps his clients get the best representation. He has been an instructor for real estate classes and currently is a regional instructor for the Masiello Group Real Estate. Charlie works extensively with foreclosure and short sales on properties.
Sandy joined Charlie as a professional Realtor five years ago. Previously, she taught at Scarborough High School for 33 years.
They have recently completed the Historic Real Estate Program through the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
