As a second generation real estate professional I pride myself on my constant growth in the business. Everyday in the real estate industry is a chance to face and embrace new challenges and learn how to overcome them. In fact, I consider real estate professionals to be great problem solvers, and with the right determination and motivation, a real estate professional can provide fantastic services for their customers.
Over the past few years, from the housing boom to the current market bust (resulting in a landscape of short sales and foreclosures), I have seen first hand how professionals in our industry must adapt in order to best assist home buyers and sellers in these rapidly changing times. This is why real estate is such a passion of mine; the market is always changing and as a professional you must be two steps ahead or you'll find yourself left in the dust.
I also enjoy keeping up with the latest technologies and constantly strive to utilize and apply them to my real estate practice. I believe that technology can make any real estate professional more productive, and thus make their services more beneficial to the end home buyer or seller.
I am also the managing broker and part owner in my family real estate business, Eagle Properties Group, with which we strive to make every customer feel like a part of our family. I am an active member of the California Association of Realtors and California Association of Mortgage Professionals so that I can stay current on all the latest changes and technologies in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.
I grew up in Almaden Valley, located to the southwest of San Jose, CA, and so possess valuable local knowledge of the area. I graduated from the California Polytechnic University in the winter of 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Concentration in Financial Management
When away from the office Brad enjoy's spending his time with his wife, Lynette, and his 7 year old son, Konner. You may also run into Brad surfing in Santa Cruz, scuba diving in Monterey, wakeboarding on the Delta, snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, or tasting some really good wines in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
