With over 19 years in the real estate industry, I've seen every market there is to see: up, down, and in-between. There's never a dull moment in this business, and never a bad market. There's only opportunity for those willing to pursue it.
I dedicate myself to providing my clients with best-in-class customer service, and do so from the perspectives I've gained working within this business. I've been an agent, broker, manager, owner and franchise executive, and have been actively training brokers and agents for over 14 years as an industry speaker and trainer. I've consulted and advised Realtors from coast to coast, but have focused my real estate sales expertise in Colorado.
In addition to nearly two decades of experience in real estate, I pride myself on obtaining the professional designations showing I have made a commitment to constantly "sharpening the saw." I have the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations, along with the Quality Service Certified (QSC) and e-Pro certifications. In addition, I'm currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and hope to complete the requirements for the designation by year end.
As a Master Instructor for CRB, I gain valuable insight on successful strategies and tactics used by brokers and agents throughout the U.S. And as a Senior Instructor for the Colorado Association of Realtors, I keep in touch with the variety of markets that make up our great state - rural, resort and urban - networking with top professionals and sharing ideas.

I'm licensed to do business throughout the state of Colorado, but obviously I wouldn't serve clients well in areas that I'm unfamiliar with. That's why I focus my energies on the Southeast portions of the metro Denver area - the communities of Aurora, Englewood, Castle Pines, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Parker, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock. I'm comfortable and adept at dealing with 1st time home buyers, investors and luxury home buyers.
