With over 21 years in the real estate industry, I've seen every market there is to see: up, down, and in-between. There's never a dull moment in this business, and never a bad market. There's only opportunity for those willing to pursue it.
I dedicate myself to providing my clients with best-in-class customer service, and do so from the perspectives I've gained working within this business. I've been an agent, broker, manager, owner and franchise executive, and have been actively training brokers and agents for over 16 years as an industry speaker and trainer. I've consulted and advised REALTORS from coast to coast, but have focused my real estate sales expertise in Colorado.
In addition to nearly two decades of experience in real estate, I pride myself on obtaining the professional designations showing I have made a commitment to constantly "sharpening the saw." I have the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations, along with the Quality Service Certified (QSC) and e-Pro certifications. In addition, I'm currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and hope to complete the requirements for the designation by year end.
As a Master Instructor for CRB, I gain valuable insight on successful strategies and tactics used by brokers and agents throughout the U.S. And as a Senior Instructor for the Colorado Association of REALTORS, I keep in touch with the variety of markets that make up our great state - rural, resort and urban - networking with top professionals and sharing ideas.
I've recently been added to the Washington Association of REALTORS faculty, and am looking foward to traversing the state and networking with Washington REALTORS as I teach.
I also instruct nationally for the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) courses offered by the Charfen Institute. This two-day course is one of the best in the industry, helping REALTORS work with distressed property owners.
