Lake Oconee
My name is Brad Warnock and I am with RE/MAX Lake Country in Greensboro/ Eatonton/ Milledgeville, GA. Here at Lake Oconee (GA's 2nd largest 19,000 acre lake and one that remains at a constant level) we host some of the southeast's best golf, lake, and fishing. The golf is world renowned with such golfing communities as Reynolds Plantation, Reynolds Landing, Harbor Club and Cuscowilla. Already a host to the Anderson Cosulting PGA event Lake Oconee will again be host to the PGA qualifing in 2008. Lake Oconee is considered the best fishing lake in the southeast w/ 432 lbs of fish per square mile. The Lake properties here are outstanding! In addition there are several surrounding areas that play host to a large equestrian demand as well as some very fine hunting. If you would like to know more give me a call or visit www.BeAtTheLake.com
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in the gated golf communities (Reynolds Plantation, Reynolds Landing, Great Waters, Cuscowilla, Harbor Club, and Water's Edge) as well as all the lake properties in general. Also, large tracts of undeveloped land for potential investment/ development or hunting.
Lake Sinclair
Lake Sinclair is Lake Oconee's sister lake to the south. Seperated only by Wallace Dam Lake Sinclair also boasts the same wonderful recreation and fishing that Lake Oconee has to offer. In addition Lake Sinclair also remains completely full, despite droughts, almost all the time. The city of Milledgeville (once the capital of Georgia) forms the backbone of this community and offers residents wonderful restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Lake Sinclair is approximately 15,000 acres and is an excellent option for those who want to be on the lake and have no interest in being in a golfing community. The AJC (Atlanta Journal Consitution) has already name Lake Sinclair as one of "The Best Kept Secrets in Georgia". After visiting you'll know why!
