In addition to my expertise in real estate, I hold a law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and am licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland and California. Prior to my full-time career in real estate, I worked as a corporate attorney in a law firm.

As an associate broker with the Annapolis, Maryland office of Prudential Carruthers Realtors, I have experience with both residential and commercial transactions.

In addition, I am also a US Green Building Council LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional). And in 2006, I became Maryland's first “EcoBroker,” a designation issued by EcoBroker International through a program designed for residential real estate professionals concerned with natural resource conservation and pollution control through the promotion of energy efficiency and other "green" features in homes and buildings.

Personal Background
I grew up in southern California, went to college in Boston, and then returned to the Los Angeles area for law school.  Now on the east coast once again, I currently reside in Crownsville (Anne Arundel County), Maryland, with my wife, son and dog.  We are expecting our second child in a few months.

Areas of Expertise:

I represent real estate clients throughout Maryland, but generally focus on residential properties in Anne Arundel County and the Annapolis area in particular.  Communities immediately adjacent to the Annapolis area include Arnold, Crofton, Crownsville, Davidsonville, Eastport, Edgewater, Glen Burnie, Millersville, Odenton, Pasadena, Riva, Severn, and Severna Park.
