About Brandon
I moved from San Jose to Chico, CA 5 years ago. I come from a family of real estate agents. My mom, grandpa, and two uncles all have or had their real estate license.
I could be wrong, but I believe the vast majority of people who view this website are real estate professionals. I look forward to working with and meeting anyone in the business who has a passion for great customer service and completing tasks efficiently as well as ethically.
At the moment my golf game has room for improvement to say the least :) somewhat a kin to a blindfolded 5-year old and an ever-elusive piñata. That might be a slight exaggeration, but you get the idea. Once this skill improves I look forward to checking out the local courses with anyone who may be interested.

Very recently I started working with Homelink Real Estate and Mortgage. I say "with" Homelink and not "for" Homelink because we really do have a great team environment. Everyone is friendly and more concerned with understanding the clients situation and perspective than pressuring them into a house or loan that is not the best absolute fit for them.
We are a comparatively smaller office than the big names in our city. This is a benefit to our clients because we don't have 100 clients at the same time, all who deserve your utmost respect and attention. We are able to provide frequent and personal service that our clients appreciate.
About Chico
I absolutely can not express how much I love this town. The way of life is a lot calmer and friendlier than you would find in a major hustle & bustle type city. The downtown area is lively with people walking around and checking out various shops and restaurants.
