My name is Ann Braness.  I'm with the Mary Richards Team at Reece and Nichols.  Our team has over 18 years of combined real estate experience.  One of my many strong points is practical relocation experience.  My husband and I have relocated cross country with our 4 children 5 times.  I understand the stress and emotions that come with moving children from infants, to school age, to relocating and leaving college children behind!
