I am writing this email to you with regards to the recent sale of our home in Media. We originally put our home on the market in July of 2009 with another real estate agent. After several months, with no success, we decided to change realtors and on the recommendation of some friends we contacted Branka Doych.

I can only say that the service that we received from Branka, was night and day in comparison to the service we received from our first realtor.

Branka was the epitome of professionalism at all times. She was honest with us as to what would be needed to be done to the house in order to get it sold and as to what price the house should be put on the market for. She helped us to find the best designers for our home and worked with us on every step of the process. The result of her marketing work and the staging of our house meant that we received an offer on our property after only 11 days back on the market.

As I am sure you are aware, selling a home and moving is one of the most stressful things you can do. To add to the stress, we were moving out of state to Florida.
