Ms. Long is a well-respected and growing leader in urban sales and marketing practices, having earned a reputation for excellence through her partnerships with luxury and urban home builders throughout southern California. With an extensive background in sales, marketing, and escrow management, Ms. Long has successfully managed & marketed nearly $700 million in new home real estate developments for some of the region's most high-profile development projects since 2002.

Recently, Ms. Long has shifted the focus of the organization to managing, re-positioning, and selling bank-owned property for such financial institutions as JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual, California National Bank, Countrywide Home Loans, and First American National Title. Through her work with REO's, Ms. Long has fortified her knowledge base of virtually every Los Angeles sub-market and possesses a unique marketing advantage based on her understanding of the subtle nuances of various areas and neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles.

In light of the broad spectrum of her expertise, Ms. Long continues to put the interests of the consumer as her first, foremost, and primary concern. Ms. Long is a true believer in the urban renaissance taking place in Los Angeles and contributes much of her spare time to work with various civic organizations that support the shift towards sustainable & smart urban growth. As a recent board member of the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council and co-chair of its Planning and Land Use Management committee, Ms. Long has been responsible for serving as the representative voice of the local community as it considers the impact of several multi-billion dollar developments planned for the Hollywood area. She is a NAR Green Designee and serves on the Economic Development committee for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, Ms. Long holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Organizational and Intercultural communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from California State University, Fullerton. She is a California licensed Real Estate broker, and a Certified New Home Sales Professional by the National Association of Home Builders.
