About Us:

I have lived in Lynchburg, Va all my life and my husband and I have raised three wonderful children here.  My husband and I have ran an electrical contracting company for many years and we believe in putting our clients first.  I have also put this practice in place in my real estate business.

I care about people and their needs.  I take care of all the details and take great pride in finding the property that is right for my clients.  I am a trusted advisor to my clients and I like to become their REALTOR for life.  My relationship with them goes pass the closing table.

Earning the Graduate, REALTOR Institute, GRI designation has provided me with the advanced marketing knowledge required to sell homes faster, and for more money in today's competitive marketplace.

Earning the Accredited Buyer Representative designation has provided me with the tools to protect my clients' best interest.  Of all licensee's, fewer than 2 percent are Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR).

A graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute has enabled me to work with clients needs and put them first in the buying/selling transaction.

Studying for my Broker Licensee this year was very rewarding. There were times that I didn't think I would ever get through the classes and the homework and testing.  But my goals was to have my brokers license, and now that goal is reality.  I think a professional needs to always be studying and furthering their education to better serve their client's needs.

Areas of Expertise

I love to work with first time home buyers.  It is such a thrill to help them find their first home.  They take more time and in a lot of cases need more attention with the details but I thrieve on being their trusted advisor throughout the process.  I also enjoy working with senior citizens as they need help downsizing.  If a client is looking to buy a second home, I have connections at Myrtle Beach that can help them find what they need.
