Pam is a native of New Hampshire having grown up on the seacoast and Tim has been a full time resident of NH for over 20 years.
* They resided on the NH Seacoast until moving up to the Lakes Region in 1998.
* They have extensive knowledge of not only the Lakes Region and Seacoast but the entire state.
* Their hobbies and interests include: Hiking, Biking, Horses, Skiing, Moto-X Racing, Gardening, and Travel.

* Tim is a Civil Engineering Graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Licensed Sewage Disposal System Designer in the State of NH, and a NH Certified Engineer-In-Training. Both are Licensed NH Real Estate Sales Professionals. They have consistently been Multi-Million Dollar Top Producing Sales Agents.

* They have founded several successful businesses; including a land development and custom home design/building business, a septic design service and a residential cleaning company, all which coincide with the real estate business and their clients' needs.
