About Us:
My life evolves around the availability for my clients in the real estate business. I'm not happy in my life unless I'm working on deals and making my buyers and sellers happy!! I show homes 7 days a week , and don't know what 5 o'clock means. Im excellent at multi tasking and driving myself nuts. Im very spontaneous with all real estate deals, and will jump when im told to jump by my clients. Investment properties are what i came in strong with at the beginning of the real estate business.. I grew up with family members owning alot of investment properties.. most agents dont know what an APOD is or a cap rate!! other than knowing how to fill the correct paper work out for investors.. I sell residential, commercial .land. subdivisions and investment properties, I currentley have 4 subdivisions listed in mls.. i list alot of property ., with currently over 30 listings... {{and i love it all}},,,
