Weidel Realtors is dedicated to  residential and commercial sales &  leasing as well as commercial/office/professional, and residential development.

I've been a Full-Time Realtor in PA for the past 10+ years. Prior to that I became interested in commercial real estate (non-licensed assistant) while living in Rochester, NY back in 1990.

 

I'm a Lifelong resident of historic Bucks County and currently reside in New Hope, PA. I've specialized in Corporate Relocation, Luxury Homes and Commercial Development, Commercial sales and Leasing in Bucks County PA, Montgomery County PA, the Lehigh Valley and the Pocono areas.

I have experience in Commercial & Residential Sales, Buyer Representation, Corporate Relocation, Advertising and Marketing.  I have also fulfilled the Education, Experience and Sales Requirements for the State of PA Brokers License and will be sitting for the Brokers exam shortly.

 

In my career, I have earned the following designations; CMMS - (Cendant Certified Marketing Specialist), CMRS - (Cendant Mobility Referral Specialist), CMAS (Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist), ABR - (Accredited Buyers Representative).  In addition to my real estate experience, I have experience in the corporate, management, and I.T. arenas through my prior employment with Eastman Kodak Company (Rochester, NY) & Minolta USA.
