Brian Forrester is the Vice President of Loan Origination.
Brian’s financial career is founded in the banking industry where he is very highly regarded and enjoys an impeccable reputation. His knowledge and perseverance has enabled thousands of people to become homeowners. Over the past two years Brian placed in the top 5% of his company due to the number of transactions completed and the caliber of customer service he provided. He brings such integrity and reliability to his profession that Brian’s base clientele is comprised primarily of friends and family of past and present clients. These values are at the cornerstone of Tri County Mortgage Corporation’s philosophy. It is predicated on the “customer for life” principle. When Brian decided to transition into the world of correspondent lending brokerage, the obvious choice was Tri County Mortgage for just this reason. This is the pledge he and this company has made, to do their best every day to assist people through the process.
Darla Pfieffer is Brian's executive assistant.
Darla works with the processing team to assure a smooth transition from application to closing.
Jen Kersey is the lead loan processor.
Jen submits your application to our underwriter and will clear any conditions she receives from our underwriting department. Darla will set up your closing with the title company and is in contact with them throughout your loan process.
