We are a full service residential and commercial property inspection company serving the Seattle and Olympia area. ASHI member #212199, Pest license 64730.

About Us:

Robert is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspections(ASHI), the oldest and most recognized home inspection organization in the country.  Becoming a member required passing the National Home Inspectors Exam(NHIE), having a minimum of 250 fee paid inspections and a review of our reports.  Robert is a Washington State Licensed Pest Inspector along with being a member of the The National Organization of Exterior Finish System Inspectors(NEFSI).  South Sound Inspections carries a full line of Errors and Ommissions insurance(E&O) as well as the required pest license bond.  All reports are computer generated with pictures added. Proud member of the USAF reserves!
