As an independent agent, we regularly shop around for the best available insurance value for our customers, and we're on their side in settling legitimate claims with insurers. In addition, when the need has been immediate, we've personally delivered certificates of insurance to customers, and we've hand-carried commercial license plates to help get their commercial vehicles on the road that day.
