Description
Selling real estate is my business, and business is good. Anyone can list a property for sale, but...There's a difference between for sale and SOLD!

Who is this guy?

I am a high-energy, full time Realtor servicing all of southeastern South Dakota including Minnehaha and Lincoln counties.  I have a passion for helping people and have followed that calling into real estate.  I work with the highest standards of both personal and professional ethics.  I have a faith-driven business that continues to grow from the referrals of past clients, business professionals, and an expansive network spanning a multitude of industries.  My involvement with Business Network International (BNI) has allowed me be involved with dozens of like-minded professionals.

While winning is important, it should be a result of doing what's right. --Tony Dungy

Do people really live in South Dakota?

I work in one of the top producing companies in the Sioux Falls market.  We have offices in both Sioux Falls and Brandon South Dakota.  Our team sells $1 million (ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!) worth of real estate every five days.  So what does that mean for buyers and sellers?  Experience and knowledge...simply the best.  We market and sell residential, multi-family, recreational, agricultural and lake properties.  We do it very well.

My pre-real estate life was spent in nearly every facet of agriculture.  Rural properties get me more excited than a Husker touchdown...almost (did I mention I grew up in Nebraska?)  I know rural America like no one else; whether it be acreages, pasture, or raw farm land.  I love it all.

Sioux Falls is a community of nearly 160,000 people.  Our market consists of properties ranging from $50k to upwards of $2 million.  I feel blessed to be an active member of this community.  Just as I have relocated here, so do a number of others annually.  I represent many people as part of a relocation; either purchasing their first or sometimes fifth home.  Every buyer is important regardless of price.

Do you have a life?

I believe in balance.  I strive to balance my life in all areas:  Spiritual, personal, professional, and social.  I can be found in the gym every morning.  Evenings, when not busy with real estate, I help coach a healthy living group, volunteer with youth at my church, or serve the disadvantaged elderly in our community.  Weekends generally involve open houses, otherwise you'll find me serving at church, kayaking, golfing, fishing, or biking.  I'm a part-time DJ on the weekends as well.  Football season is all about the Cornhuskers.

I have a life...a very busy one.  I wouldn't want it any other way.
