Jeff helps consumers realize their home ownership dreams by providing residential lending for purchasing homes, refinancing homes, home equity loans and reverse mortgages.
Jeff incorporates a hands-on personal approach to ensure that he finds the right mortgage program for each customer and their unique situation.
Home Loan Specialists has in house processing, underwriting and funding to ensure a smooth, accurate and timely transaction for the customer.
Jeff is an ambassador for the Livonia Chamber of Commerce; he is a member of the Livonia Early Risers Kiwanis Club, the Livonia Rotary and the Western Wayne and Oakland County Association of Realtors.

My primary area of expertise is understanding customer needs. I take the time to understand my customer's needs and I am then able to match their needs with the proper program, interest rate and closing costs. I have helped many people improve their credit scores as a result of working with me on their mortgage and I can help both jumbo loan customers and conforming loan customers save thousands of dollars over the life of their loan by improving their credit scores. My primary market is Livonia, Novi, Northville, and Plymouth Michigan but I can write loans for homes in 39 states including Florida, Arizona, and South Carolina.
