About Cathey Briscoe
I am a six plus year resident of Granbury and a 30 year resident of Texas.
My husband Jack and I enjoy Lake front living just steps from the Historic Granbury square. We both enjoy traveling, golfing, boating and meeting new people. We share a passion for our community and working with non -profit organizations.
After graduating from Baylor University I taught school for 10 rewarding years, in addition I was a member of the Junior League of Waco and enjoyed volunteering within the community. My career direction changed and I began a position as Director of Public Relations for a Fortune 500 company. I feel that my professional development and education has been the back bone to my ability to be an expert on Real Estate Contracts and Negotiations.
I am a very honest straight forward professional. I am very direct and always strive to protect my client's investments in Real estate along with ensuring that each transaction is completed in a pleasant, professional manor and to the letter of the negotiated contract.

About Kirk McDonald
I am a native Texan who has always chosen North Texas as my home.
A few years ago, I left a 20 year career in the Insurance and Print Manufacturing business to pursue my dream of Real Estate. While working in print manufacturing I was exposed to Real Estate in the Granbury market as the printer for Homes Magazine and many other real estate publications. My wife Christi and I purchased a lake house in 2001 and began living the life as "Lake People".
In 2003, we purchased a building on the Historic Granbury Square that was built in 1890 and my wife opened an Antique shop named St. Helen's. This endeavor has turned into quite the business and allowed us the opportunity to meet many people in the community. We later purchased a home just off the square that was built in 1914 and for a short time operated St. Helens Guest House, a bed & breakfast. My wife and I both share the passion of working with people and helping others obtain their dreams. We have been very successful in remodeling and flipping properties and both received our Texas Real Estate Licenses.
