Danny and I just wanted to send you a note to let you know what a wonderful company you are and to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our Florida home a reality.

We came over to the US back in February of 2003 for one week with the sole intention of finding a home. We had little or no direction and little or no idea how to find the right people to help us. We had lined up a couple of Real Estate agents to show us properties during our stay and although we had a nice enough day with a pleasant enough agent, we were left with no more knowledge than when we had arrived and very nearly bought something which we know now would have been a huge mistake.

A little wary as a result, we were collected by your Realtor from our hotel the next day, and within a short time, Danny and I simply adored her. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market and familiarity with 'us Brits' was such a relief and the genuine warmth and hospitality you showed us made us feel as though we had known you for years. She guided us through all the pros and cons of buying overseas, including our house as an investment as well as a second home. Without her we would of been utterly lost.

Thanks to you, we now own more than the house of our dreams, and whadaya know? We've got the most wonderful neighbours!! We can't wait to see you all in August and crack a huge bottle of Champs on the patio.

Thanks for the letter and also for the re-certified Survey. It was nice to hear from you, we have just about managed to settle back into our normal routine and look forward to our next visit to Florida.

I would like to thank you for making our change over to British Home Loans stress free, you made it all seem so simple and were very patient every time I phoned you with a query. I must admit I wasn't looking forward to filling out more forms, especially after all the ones we had to complete when we took out the original mortgage.

I would also like to thank you for ensuring we Closed whilst still in Florida, this made it so much easier as Notary Publics are few and far between over here. The lady at Choice Title was also very helpful in explaining everything to us. I have managed to change my bank account details over so it is all systems go.
