Whether leaving the bachelor pad or parent's nest, downsizing or upsizing, relocating or purchasing a second home, I am dedicated to follow through and communicate every step of the way.

My targeted areas in Jacksonville consist of Northeast Jacksonville, Southside, Ft. Caroline, Intercoast West, The Beaches, Mayport NS, USCG Sector Jacksonville and new construction. However, I conduct business anywhere in the Jacksonville area.
I moved to the Jacksonville Area after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Sciences from The Florida State University and has continued her education in Real Estate through various training and educational programs such as GRI. I also prides myself in keeping up with current market trends and innovative marketing tools.

Not only am I passionate about finding newcomers their dream home, but I pride myself on assisting them with their entire transition-from suggesting the best restuarants to finding a short cut to work! I have extensive knowledge and experience finding first time home buyers lending programs to get the assistance they deserve (often with as little as $500 down or VA loans).
