- I am a lawyer specializing in brokerage matters, both commercial and residential. I previously served as in-house counsel for Arvida Realty Services, and now assist clients in litigation.
About Us:
Having served as in-house counsel for Arvida for three years, and conducting litigation for Cendant prior to that, I have a broad knowledge of brokerage law in the state of Florida. I have an active litigation practice and also routinely conduct risk management seminars for clients, one of which is FREC-approved for 3 hours of CE credit.
At the request of several clients, I instituted an annual retainer program that has become popular with brokers and agents, in that most of a brokerage's yearly legal matters fall within the retainer. I also conduct forms audits for FREC and RESPA compliance.
