About The Team

We are a group of 5 energetic, dedicated individuals who love to help buyers and sellers in their real estate needs. Three of us are licensed:  2 buyer specialists and the team leader who does a little of both.  To make sure all of the paperwork and Internet functions occur as flawlessly as possible, there are 2 admin team members: one transaction coordinator and a marketing/internet specialist. Several of our team are graduates of Howard Brinton Universities. Two are members of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute and 2 are Certified Residential Specialists   In addition, Rick is a member of the Allen F. Good team chemistry is important to all of us.  One year we all went houseboating on Lake Powell. We have even offered our team....in a charity auction....to be "chef for a night" to the highest bidder.  We bought the food, cooked the dinner...including flaming bananas foster for dessert...and even did the dishes.  It was a blast. For the last 10 years we have raised food for the Durango Food Bank at our annual client party.…well over 10,000 pounds of food, in all.

I gave Team Lorenz a challenge that was against the odds, sell my business in 6 months or I'll close it down. In today's economic conditions, selling a business is extremely hard, but Rick Lorenz, Nicole and the Team took the challenge.
