I am so excited about Brookings, OR. I love living here. The great weather, the ocean, rivers, hiking trails and activities that happen here, make Brookings a place to live "vacation style." First, you spent a lot of time determining the best possible price for the house.  Your number was right based on the number of lookers and the final sales price of the house.  Even better it was higher than  expected by my family who still lives in Brookings.

Second, you were able to get knowledgeable people to inspect the house and give me reasonable estimates of the cost to renovate the house. We were then able to make informed decisions as negoitations unfolded.
