 I was kinda frustrated at first going around looking for a loan to refinance my house!  I was taking a break and went to grab lunch!  I ran into a old friend of mine so we sat and talked!  I explained how all the companies were trying to get me into really high rates, with even higher payments.   She stopped me in the middle of my conversation and suggested I go and talk to Brooks Brown!  She told me she went through the same problems I was, but referred to Brooks by her mother-in-law!  She told me that Brooks works with so many lenders that he was able to help her quickly, and offered her a loan that met her needs and wants!  So I took down his information.   She  really liked him and planned to use him again!  That of course made me more anxious to meet with him!  I called him the following day, but he was with a client. He called me back in 30 minutes, which was really quick for a returned call from a broker!  I explained everything I was looking for.  He offered me the lowest  interest rate out of all the other companies I went to!   He said it is because he is a wholesale lender, and can offer the lowest rates in the country.  I could not be more happy!  It was truly amazing, and I believe I was meant to run into Angie that day at lunch!
